Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping (€12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (Orders €50+)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if unpacked:
- Ligbedkussens (sunbed cushions)
- Tuin zit- & matraskussens (garden seat & mattress cushions)
- Any cushions with removed protective film
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged)
- Have original packaging and tags
- Include proof of purchase
4-Step Return Process

- Reason for return (wrong product, damaged, other)
- Photos of the product (required for damaged items)

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return approval
- Return address
- Specific instructions if needed
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging and ship to:

International Returns
For customers outside the Netherlands:
- Mark returns as “RETOURGOEDEREN” to avoid customs charges
- We don’t cover international return shipping (unless product was defective)
- Returns to Asia and certain remote areas aren’t possible
